PACS & PACS Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Pre-Employment, Post-Accident, Random and Reasonable Suspicion Drug Screens.Ability to assist clients in wheel chairs weighing up to 600 lbs.Driver will perform other duties as requested by PACS supervisory staff.Driver will verify a liability release is on file before entering a client’s home.Drivers are to wash /vacuum/sweep a vehicle once a week.Driver transporting out of area will escort the patient to the check in location, acquire contact information for the medical office and tell the receptionist the time you will check back for status of depart time.Driver will radio dispatch when done with a transport.Driver will abide by all driving laws of the State of Kentucky and any and all additional rules and regulations in the PAC’s Driver’s Policy Statement.Driver will wear ID badge at chest level and/or uniform shirts provided by PACS which states PACS STAFF on chest.Driver will keep all information concerning passengers and PACS confidential and sign a confidentiality statement.Driver will complete all necessary paperwork. Driver will transport passengers as assigned by their immediate supervisor.Takes fares from passengers, and ensures passengers get out safely.Summary: Responsible for transporting people from one place to another for work, errands, school or other reasons.
